Every week, we work to earn your trust through the details:
We show up and care for your pool—not a rushed “dump and run” visit.
You receive a notification when we are on the way.
We brush the walls, skim the surface, and remove leaves and debris.
We vacuum as needed.
We inspect your equipment and check filter pressure.
We test and balance your water using the LSI method to help protect your pool, equipment, and investment.
You receive a clear service report with your water readings, chemicals added, and anything we found.
You should never have to wonder whether your pool was serviced or what happened while we were there.
If something is not right, please tell us.
We will take the concern seriously, communicate clearly, and make a fair effort to correct it.

The guarantee applies to recurring weekly pool service. It does not apply to repairs, equipment work, filter cleans, Green-to-Clean pool service, or other one-time services.
